1) Is the Membership to be taken  for per  child? 

Ans:

Yes, the membership  is to be taken for  per child on a  yearly basis.

2) What is the mode of payment?

Ans:

The mode of payment is through Credit card ( Visa, Master card) , Debit card ( Visa , Master card), Net banking or via Cheque.

4) If the student skips a day or more  of practice, will the hours accumulate and get carried forward to the next day?

Ans:

No, hours won't be carried forward if a student skips or doesn't  practice on any particular day. The time period of 45 minutes is on a daily basis and must be utilised daily.

5) What is the procedure if the password is forgotten?

Ans:

If you have forgotten your password, go to the Student Login and click on " Forgot Password" Enter your correct email address. A new password will be sent to the e-mail address you specified during registration. If you don't see the e-mail in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder.

6) What is the procedure if the username is forgotten?

Ans:

Username will be your registered Email ID and this cannot be changed. Be sure to register with an ID you remember.

7) How can I change the password?

Ans:

If you would like to change your password, click on the menu, and select Profile & settings. Then, click 'Change password'. Enter your current password and the new password. Click Submit when finished.

8) Why can't I Login ?

Ans:

If you are having trouble signing in, it may be related to your username or password. First, check that you are using the correct sign-in information.

If you have forgotten your password and want to reset your password, click on forgot password on the student login page. MMG will send you your new password.

9) How can I  cancel the membership?

Ans:

Once you have enrolled,  you cannot cancel the membership. Your membership will remain active until your current billing period ends.

10) If  the membership is discontinued, will I receive a pro rata credit?

Ans:

Membership cannot be discontinued till the billing period ends. Even if the student/s has finished the entire portion in the middle of the year, the membership remains and the student/s doesn't receive any refund on pro rata basis.  You will continue to have access to the course until the current billing period ends. There are various revision exercises and sample papers that the student can attempt.

11) Can payment be accepted in a different currency?

Ans:

Prices quoted are in Indian rupee ( Rs). Your credit card statement will show the amount debited in your currency based on the exchange rate on the date of transaction.

12) Do you offer a trial membership?

Ans:

We do not offer trial memberships.  However ,We have sample questions to practise for free, so you can try out the  Demo tests before purchasing a membership.

13) What is unique about Mind My Grades?

Ans:

The enrolled students are provided with unique  study material which is of International Standard. This has been designed by our expert Curriculum team. The students get a feel of the type of questions asked in competitive exams like the Primary/Secondary Checkpoint or the ICSE/CBSE Board Exams . It  also encourages students to study and revise everyday rather than just before the exams.

14) How do we get access to our results? OR How do we know our results for a particular topic?

Ans:

To receive results, click on the welcome menu, and select Profile & settings. Then, select the results/reports e-mails check box. You will also get reports on all topics attempted by you in your registered Email account. Our excellent Analytics help each parent know the Areas of Concern for their children at a glance.

15) What will happen if there is a power cut/internet disconnection or some other  kind of interruption? Will all my work be lost?

Ans:

If there is a power cut/internet disconnection or some kind of interruption or  if the child wants to attempt the questions after sometime , you can log out . The next time you login, you can  return to the question you previously stopped at. Your practice results and current score will be  automatically saved and you can continue with your exercise.

16) If I leave the computer to take a break, will the timer keep on running?

Ans:

You have to Logout before taking a break. The timer will be on if you don’t logout. The time will elapse once it completes 45 Mins.

17) If a student finishes the entire portion/all exercises  before the subscription period ends, will the student get any refund?

Ans:

The membership fee for a subject is for the entire year (From the date of taking subscription). If  the student finishes the entire portion beforehand,  The student will NOT  get any refund of the fees or any pro rata credit or transfer of the membership to another student.

18) How do I renew my membership account?

Ans:

To renew your membership account ( for another period or for another subject) you need to go to " Join us now" link on Home Page and fill in the details and click  "Register with us"  for payment.

19) Do I need to purchase multiple memberships if there are 2 or more students using the Website?

Ans:

Yes! You  need to purchase multiple memberships for 2 or more students.  The subscription is 'One membership per student'

20) Is there any family discount?

Ans:

No! There is no family discount.

21) Is there is School discount ?

Ans:

No! There is no school discount.

22) If I have to add one or two subjects, What will be the cost?

Ans:

If you already have a membership account and have subscribed for at least one subject , you can add one or two subjects  at an additional cost mentioned in the membership page.

23) What happens once the child has finished all the topics including the revision test.?

Ans:

Once the child has finished all topics including the revision after each topic, he/she can take the Test at the end. And after the test is complete, he/she can view all the topics once again to revise.  

24) What is the time limit per day?

Ans:

A student can practise  for 45 mins per day. This is Irrespective of the number of subjects subscribed by the student.  After that the system automatically will be deactivated. The student can resume the next day.

If the student wants extra practice time during the exams the student can contact Team Mind My Grades for the same at mindmygrades1@gmail.com.

The team may look into the request and give access for the extra time on a case by case basis.

25) What should I do, if I want to practise for more than 45 mins per day?

Ans:

To practise for more than 45 mins per day , the student needs to purchase another membership account  at the additional cost with a different Email id.

26) Can I work for 45 mins per day for one subject and next 45 mins for the other subject?

Ans:

No!  You cannot work for 45 mins for one subject and another 45 mins for other subject on the same day. The time limit set for a entire day is 45 mins.
